首先,所谓日本外务省拿出700亿公关费,纯属杜撰。事实上,日本去年用于应对福岛虚假消息的费用不过1.5亿日元。700亿的说法完全站不住脚。
其次,所谓乌克兰小网红收到日本收买邮件也毫无证据。那封邮件存在多处谬误,几乎可以断定是捏造的。
